December 27, 2017 I want to share how great and professional Roman is. An incredibly helpful, friendly and caring person showing compassion throughout my consultation and treatment. From the first consultation, Roman fully examined and understood where my lower back pain was coming from. After a couple of sessions not only has my lower back pain gone but I also felt my posture had changed. I have felt looser and so much less tight in my lower and upper back. Every session I have had has been very satisfying, enjoying every crack and manipulation! Which has all helped towards not just my back pain but tightness in my neck and shoulders. Although my back pain has now been resolved, I am continuing treatment as a healthy way to keep on top of my physical wellbeing. I highly recommend Roman and his professional services, you won’t be disappointed.

August 24, 2020 I’m glad to say that I am feeling very well today. I could wake up and move my arm normally without needing to help with my opposite hand. No neck pain and moving quite well. Yes, I still have that pain in the shoulder, but it’s a long term issue, probably an injury that needs more investigation that hopefully I’ll get from NHS. Meanwhile I am happy I’ve found a professional who can help me to cope with the pain while I wait. Thank you so much Roman.

My name is Roman and I’m a certified Massage Therapist, specializing in a variety of holistic treatment services. I offer Sports Massage, Classic Massage, Medical Massage, Manual Therapy Massage and Extensive Deep Tissue Massage.
I also offer Massage Treatment Therapy following sports and other personal injury to cover back, neck, shoulder, joint related injuries, muscular pains, migraine; along with massage techniques for high and low blood pressure problems.
Over the years, I have also successfully taught extensive massage therapy techniques in various medical environments.
Currently, I am also working with football clubs and gyms and can offer my therapy in the comfort of my clients home or within Alpine Retreat based at The Coppid Beech Hotel.
